  Place the garments in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the items are unworn and unwashed.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
